This policy explains what personal data is processed when you visit kubsei.com. Our products have their own policies; plaart's is at plaart.app/privacy.
1. Controller
The data controller is Sixtus Nosike. You can write to hola@kubsei.com with any privacy question.
2. What data we process
- If you email us: your address and what you tell us, only to reply to you.
- Technical data of your visit (IP address, browser) that our hosting provider logs to serve and protect the site.
This site has no forms, requires no registration and uses no analytics or advertising cookies.
3. Legal basis and retention
Emails are processed under our legitimate interest in answering your request and kept for as long as the conversation lasts and at most one year after. Technical data is processed under a legitimate interest in the site's security and kept by the hosting provider for a short period.
4. Providers
- Vercel: website hosting. It may process data outside the European Economic Area under GDPR safeguards (EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses).
- Cloudflare: domain and email management.
5. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its processing, and request its portability by writing to hola@kubsei.com. We will reply within one month.
If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or your local supervisory authority.
